Michael Kinley

Mr. Kinley has served as an officer and/or Director of several junior public companies over the past 25 years, and prior to that was a partner with KPMG. He is presently a Director and CFO of Opus One Resources Inc. (TSXV:OOR), Canada One Mining Corp. (TSXV:CONE) and EXMceuticals Inc (CSE:EXM).

Greg Davison MSc, PGeo, Qualified Person (QP)

Vice-President Exploration, Director

Mr. Davison is a professional consulting and exploration geologist, company officer and director, project manager and ore mineralogist with forty-eight years of practical exploration, commercial and corporate laboratory and public company junior mining experience from diverse geological settings in more than forty countries. Mr. Davison has worked in precious and base metals and industrial minerals, from epithermal, skarn, VMS porphyry, and many other deposit types, and has diamond and colored gemstone expertise all ranging from exploration targeting and remote field processing operations through ore mineralogy and metallurgical process testing, development and mine optimization. Greg graduated with an MSc in Geological Sciences from Brock University and an Honours BSc in Geology from Dalhousie University, and is a professional geologist (P.Geo.) licensed with the Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia (EGBC).

Kevin O'Connor

Director


Corporate attorney based in Bethesda, Maryland. Formerly, General Counsel, Asia Pacific for Navistar, Inc. focussed on M&A, Joint Ventures, and divestitures. Previously held senior attorney roles with Caterpillar Inc. in the U.S. and Asia. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Kevin Thieneman

Director

Kevin Thieneman currently serves on the Board of Directors of Plymouth Tube Company and on the Board of Advisors for Cornwell Capital. Mr. Thieneman was formerly the President of Caterpillar Inc. Forest Products Division, and an Officer of LiuGong Machinery, one of China's largest construction and mining equipment manufacturers with global sales and operations. He is a global executive with decades of experience in turnarounds of manufacturing operations and end-to-end businesses; and with extensive on-the-ground experience in China and India. He previously Chaired the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council infrastructure committee while leading delegations to Indonesia and Vietnam. Mr. Thieneman is a graduate of Duke University, Juris Doctorate, with honors. His previous experience includes working as a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.

Paul K. Smith

Advisory Board

Paul K. Smith (P.Geo.) ‘has acted as President and CEO of Mountain Lake Minerals, MLK Gold, and Triple One Metals since 2012 beginning with the successful plan of arrangement between Mountain Lake Resources and Marathon Gold for the Valentine Lake gold deposit. Paul is a professional geologist with an MSc in structural geology from Acadia University. Paul has a unique mineral deposits skill set stemming from both private and public sector experience. He spent 33 years with the Mineral Resources Section of the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources as a Senior Research Gold Geologist and as Liaison Geologist for the Mineral Resources Branch. Paul has carried out research and exploration on gold, base metals, iron deposits, tungsten mineralization, lithium deposits, REE, and other critical metals. He joined Acadian Mining Corp in 2008 and was instrumental in the cleanup and sale of the ScoZinc Zn-Pb mine at Gays River acting as VP Environmental Compliance and Permitting. Paul currently serves as COO and CFO for Triple One Metals. Paul has strong communication skills and has travelled and worked throughout Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico.

William Fleming

Craig Gibson, PhD, CPG

Consulting Geologist

Dr. Craig Gibson, Ph.D., CPG, is the Company's external Qualified Person for the Pino de Plata project within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101"), under TSX guidelines.

Craig Gibson received his Ph.D. (1992), and M.S. (1987) in Economic Geology and Geochemistry from the Mackay School of Mines, University of Nevada, Reno and B.S. (1984) in Earth Sciences from the University of Arizona. He has been active in the exploration industry in Mexico since 1993, and founded Prospeccion y Desarrollo Minero del Norte, S.A. de C.V. (ProDeMin) based in Chihuahua, Mexico, in 2009, a consulting firm providing a broad spectrum of exploration related services to the mining industry, including regional and local geology, drilling supervision, project management and oversight, as well as land and legal studies and Mexico accounting. Dr. Gibson is also a Director of Garibaldi Resources Corp and a Director and Chief Exploration Officer for Prismo Metals Inc., Vancouver based junior exploration companies, and a Qualified Person for work performed on properties in Mexico, and previously co-founded and was Vice President of Exploration for EXMIN Resources Inc., a public company on the Vancouver Stock Exchange and later acquired by Dia Bras Exploration (now Sierra Metals). Dr. Gibson has a proven track record in exploration of ore deposits in Mexico where he has been involved in several major mineral deposit discoveries, including most recently the Ana Paula Gold deposit in Guerrero State. He was also responsible for assembling extensive land packages in several important districts with excellent exploration potential, resulting in several Joint Venture agreements with major international mining companies as well as Canadian junior explorers, and was instrumental in the reactivation of the Moris mine in Chihuahua State with Hochschild Mining. Dr. Gibson is a Certified Professional Geologist of the American Institute of Professional Geologists and has also published technical articles on a variety of mineral deposits in several journals.
