The information in the Company’s annual and other financial reports, current as of the date published unless otherwise noted, are now located on SEDAR+ (www.sedarplus.ca).
Filing with SEDAR (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval) started in January 1997 and is now mandatory for most reporting issuers in Canada. SEDAR was the system used for electronically filing most securities-related information with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities. In July 2023, SEDAR+ consolidated and replaced SEDAR and several other databases and filings currently made either in paper or in the British Columbia Securities Commission’s eServices system, the Ontario Securities Commission’s electronic filing portal and consolidated reporting issuers lists from all provincial and territorial regulators.
SEDAR+ is the current secure web-based system used by all market participants to file, disclose and search for information in Canada’s capital markets.
www.sedarplus.ca is the official website that provides access to most public securities documents and information filed by public companies and investment funds with the thirteen provincial and territorial securities regulatory authorities (“Canadian Securities Administrators” or “CSA”) in the SEDAR+ filing system. The statutory objective in making public this filed information is to enhance investor awareness of the business and affairs of public companies and investment funds and to promote confidence in the transparent operation of capital markets in Canada. Achieving this objective relies heavily on the provision of accurate information on market participants.
