Silver Spruce is pleased to announce the appointment of William A MacPherson BSe P.Eng (Ret'd) as Chairman and director of the company. Mr. MacPherson is a recognized geologist who has over 50 years experience in the mining industry. Mr. Macpherson began his career in 1955 as a mining geologist and has held various positions with public listed companies including President and director of some well known companies such as Nalco Nfld Corp Ltd, Turene Gold, and more recently American Manor Resources. Mr. MacPherson has also held directorships with Canadian Javelin, Bison Petroleum and Acqa Gold. Mr. MacPherson brings to Silver Spruce a wealth of knowledge and experience and the Company is pleased to welcome him to the Board.
