Vancouver, B.C. February 26, 2007 -- Silver Spruce Resources Inc. (TSX.V: SSE ) is pleased to announce that it has retained Longview Capital Partners Incorporated ("Longview Capital Partners"), a Vancouver-based firm with a focus on natural resources, renewable energies and related technologies, to provide Silver Spruce with investor relation services.
Longview Capital Partners is a merchant bank listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V: LV). Longview Capital Partners provides comprehensive corporate finance and investor relations services, and will assist Silver Spruce in fostering productive, continuing dialogues with analysts, brokers, potential investors, current shareholders and other financial professionals. Other clients of Longview's Investor Relations services include Bayswater Uranium Corporation (TSX.V: BAY), Buffalo Gold Ltd. (TSX.V: BUF-U), MacArthur Minerals Ltd. (TSX.V: MMS), and Oriental Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: OTL).
The investor relations agreement with Longview shall have a term ending on February 28 2008, renewable at the option of the parties. As consideration, Longview will receive $7,500 per month and be granted options to purchase 200,000 common shares of the capital stock in the Company at a price of $0.65 per share for a period of five years with vesting in equal amounts on a quarterly basis over the first year of the option term. The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
